Create your own chemical-free, non-toxic perfume with this simple DIY recipe. This version features warm, cozy, and woody scent notes from essential oils, diluted with jojoba oil as a natural alternative to store-bought fragrances.
In a small perfume bottle, combine 7 drops of vanilla essential oil, 5 drops of sandalwood essential oil, 3 drops of cedarwood essential oil, and 2-3 drops of vitamin E oil. Fill the remainder of the bottle with jojoba oil. Gently shake the bottle to blend the oils.
For an alternative floral, fresh, earthy scent, you can use 5 drops rose, 5 drops sandalwood, 5 drops FCF/bergapten-free bergamot, 2-3 drops vitamin E oil, and fill the rest with jojoba oil.
**Important Note:** If using bergamot oil, ensure it is FCF/bergapten-free. If using regular bergamot oil, only apply the blend as a night-time scent to avoid direct sun exposure on the skin due to photosensitivity.
